What is Tomorrowland?

Tomorrowland is one of the biggest music festivals. Every year, it takes place in town of Boom, Belgium. The event is considered as world’s largest electronic dance music festival and people from across the globe show up to attend the festival that is split between two weekends.

When is Tomorrowland scheduled?

This year, Tomorrowland is scheduled to take place from July 18-20 and July 25-27. However, a day before the big event, fire broke out at the venue of Tomorrowland. As per the visuals shared on social media, the fire has destroyed the main stage of Tomorrowland 2025.

It is still unclear what caused the fire. The visuals show the massive ‘World of Orbyz’ themed structure getting engulfed in fire. Huge flames destroyed the set within minutes and clouds of smoke took over the neighbouring areas. So with this, is Tomorrowland still on track?

Is Tomorrowland cancelled?

As per the latest reports, it is being stated that Tomorrowland is not cancelled. The festivalgoers had a sigh of relief as the organisers opened the campsite known as Dreamville on Thursday, July 17.

Tomorrowland Campsite to open on…

As reported by Free Press Journal, the organisers of the Tomorrowland have issued a statement saying that all the key elements of the festival are on track. This came along with the announcement of opening of the campsite Dreamville.

All activities to go as planned

The statement reportedly read, ‘We can announce that DreamVille (campsite) will open tomorrow (Thursday, July 17) as planned and will be ready for all DreamVille visitors. All Global Journey activities in Brussels and Antwerp will take place as planned. We are focused on finding solutions for the festival weekend (Friday – Saturday – Sunday). More updates and detailed information will be communicated as soon as possible.’

4 Lakh people to attend Tomorrowland?

The report further adds that the local authorities have declared the festival site as ‘safe’. Now, the discussion is about demolishing the destroyed venue and setting up a new one before the festival begins. Tomorrowland 2025 is expected to witness around 400,000 music lovers in attendance for an unforgettable experience. Though the main stage got destroyed, the enthusiasm of the festivalgoers is still intact.

Stars performing at Tomorrowland

Some of the biggest stars are expected to perform at this year’s Tomorrowland. The list includes David Guetta, Martin Garrix, Charlotte De Witte, AFROJACK, Agents Of Time, Ajna, Alok, Amber Broos, Âme, Amelie Lens, Andromedik, ANNA, Antdot, and many others.
