The much-awaited trailer of War 2 dropped, and fans can’t stop gushing over Hrithik Roshan. But that’s not all the internet is talking about; memes and reels are pouring in because of two scenes from the trailer that seem to defy basic logic and leave everyone shocked.

The trailer of War 2, starring Hrithik Roshan, Jr. NTR, and Kiara Advani, was unveiled by the makers on Friday (July 25), and it has quickly become a hot topic online. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the film is part of YRF’s Spy Universe and promises high action packed with drama, romance, and patriotism, all classic YRF themes.

However, the thing that caught everyone’s attention was the poor quality of VFX that the film had, which wasn’t expected from a film of its scale. It came to everyone’s notice after watching a shot where a water vehicle was working on what can be interpreted as a Formula 1 race track. Apart from this, the viewers found the overall VFX work underwhelming and low quality, especially for this film, expressing disappointment at how this wasn’t expected.

Social media soon flooded with jokes, memes, and reaction videos.

Reacting to the scene, a user wrote on Reddit, “Looks like a boat racing on an F1 track with VFX straight out of PS2. Only YRF can pull off these cinematic karnaamas—bike turns into boat (D3), now boat turns into car. At this rate, the next film’s gonna have a car turning into a fighter jet mid-song. Peak innovation.”

Another commented, “Seriously. Why do Indian directors think that the audience is stupid? Brain rot in Bollywood is so real now.”

“It’s Bollywood. You’re committing a crime expecting anything from them,” wrote another user.

Despite the trolling and reactions, the trailer continues to trend on social media, with many fans expressing excitement for the film’s release.

The first film in the YRF Spy Universe was Ek Tha Tiger in 2012, followed by its sequel, Tiger Zinda Hai, in 2017. The third film in the universe, War, was released in 2019 and starred Hrithik and Tiger Shroff. Pathaan was the fourth installment in the Spy Universe franchise, released in 2023.
