Aer City Pack Pro 2 Review » Nomads Nation

Spread the love

The Aer City Pack Pro 2 is a 24L EDC-slash-travel backpack from San Francisco based brand Aer, a favorite among everyday carry nerds and travel gear junkies alike.

Why’s it so hyped? Well, the original City Pack Pro was one of Aer’s most versatile and easy to recommend bags. Now, V2 steps it up even further with an overhauled aesthetic, upgraded self-standing design, better organization, and materials that are as tough as ever.

It’s made with 1680D Cordura nylon, YKK PU coated zippers, and Duraflex hardware, so you know it’s built to last. The size remains the same at 24L, arguably big for pure EDC but perfect if you want one bag that handles both daily life and light travel. It weighs in at just under 3 lbs, making it slightly heavier than V1, but that extra heft brings structure, padding, and upgraded features.

The new shape is more rounded, more unisex, and a little less “mean” than the old square design, but don’t worry, it’s still very much an Aer bag.
