Housefull 5 star Akshay Kumar has hit headlines today as reports suggest that the actor has sold two of his properties in Mumbai. As per the reports, the actor has sold two properties located in Sky City, developed by Oberoi Realty, in Mumbai. Recently, Abhishek Bachchan and Amitabh Bachchan also invested in this building. Akshay Kumar, has allegedly, sold his two properties for a whopping amount of Rs 7.10 crore. Check out the details of the sale below.
Akshay Kumar sells two properties in Mumbai
As per the real estate platform Square Yards, Akshay Kumar’s two residential properties have been sold for a cumulative Rs 7.10 crore in Mumbai. The transaction is allegedly recorded in June 2025 as per the documents on Inspector General of Registration (IGR). The reports further claim that one of the properties has been valued at Rs 5.75 crore. It has a carpet area of 1101 sq ft. Allegedly, the actor had purchased this property for Rs 3.02 crore. Thus, he has made a good profit of 90 per cent since then, say reports. Akshay Kumar paid the stamp duty of Rs 34.50 lakh and registration amount of Rs 30,000. The second property seems to have appreciated 99 percent in value. A property spready over 252 sq ft carpet area was sold for Rs 1.35 crore. Akshay Kumar paid stamp duty of Rs 6.75 crore and registration charges of Rs 30,000. Reports claim that Akshay Kumar had purchased this property in 2017 for worth Rs 67.90 lakh. These are said to be two adjoining units.

Apart from these two, Akshay Kumar owns several properties. The actor along with his family lives in a sea-facing duplex in Juhu. It comes with a massive swimming pool, gym, home theatre and more. He also owns several properties in Goa, London, Toronto and more areas. He also owns a few commercial properties, as per reports.
