Dayanand Shetty, Janvi Chheda reveal secrets from the sets, fans call Daya-Shreya ‘the cutest’ [Watch video]

CID 2 has become the most favourite of the audience. Not just on television, the show is now ruling the world through Netflix. When the first season ended, everyone was disappointed as it was an important part of everyone’s lives. The show had a successful run for 20 years and now, it is back with season two. This season has been full of twists and turns. Actors like Shivaji Satam, Dayanand Shetty, Ajay Nagrath, Aditya Srivastava, Ansha Sayed, Hrishikesh Pandey, Narendra Gupta returned with their iconic roles. However, we saw a shocking thing happen when ACP Pradyuman died in the show. People were disappointed and requested the makers to bring their favourite character back in the show.

After Shivaji Satam‘s exit, Parth Samthaan entered the show as ACP Ayushmaan. But he came in for sometime till ACP Pradyuman returns. He was also in the team to find out who is the ‘gaddar’ of CID. Later, ACP Pradyuman returned and Dr. Salunkhe was revealed as the ‘gaddar’. This was another shocking news and Parth left the show.

After these changes, two popular characters from season one returned. Janvi Chheda and Shraddha Musale also returned as Inspector Shreya and Dr. Tarika. Shreya’s entry brought out a big change. We have seen Daya taking on the villain’s chair and doing whatever Shreya has been telling him to do.

He is going on killing police officers itself. To solve this case, Sanjay Narvekar aka Superintendent Omkar Sawant has come. He is sure that Daya is the killer and now even the CID team is shocked. Abhijeet and ACP Pradyuman do not want to believe that Daya is at fault.

Amid this, the makers have shared a fun video of Dayanand Shetty and Janvi Chheda. Daya and Shreya of CID are seen revealing some off-screen secrets. They were asked who in the CID can solve the case with just one clue. Dayanand Shetty said that it can be anyone and mostly ACP.

They were then asked who can make the criminal confess at once and Shreya quickly said its Daya with his slap. They also revealed that it is Pankaj who only thinks of eating while investigating. Shreya then said that Daya keep joking even during the shots.
