Kapil Sharma’s newly opened cafe in Canada was fired late last night. The incident took place just days after the inauguration of the comedian’s new business in Surrey, British Columbia. Reportedly, nine gunshots have been targeted at Kapil Sharma’s cafe, which is named Kap’s Cafe. Khalistani Terrorist Harjeet Singh Laddi has taken the responsibility of the terror attack. Fortunately, no reports of death or injuries have been reported till now. The firing video is going viral on social media platforms, which shows a man sitting in a car firing at least nine shots at a widow outside the cafe. The incident took place on Wednesday late at night.
Khalistani terrorists open fired at Kapil Sharma’s newly launch cafe
On Wednesday night, terrifying news from Canada surfaced on social media, where a man mercilessly opened fire on the streets. In the attack, Kapil Sharma’s cafe, Kap’s Cafe, which had seen a soft inauguration a few days ago, was shot at with nine bullets. According to reports of the Surrey police, no one was injured in the attack. Police and forensic teams immediately rushed to the spot, and the investigation is ongoing. Reportedly, Kapil Sharma’s debut venture in the restaurant business is being handled by his wife, Ginni Chatrath.
Who is Harjeet Singh Laddi? Why did he attack Kapil Sharma’s cafe?
According to the reports, Harjeet Singh Laddi is one of the anti-terror agency NIA’s most wanted terrorists. He is linked with the Babbar Khalsa International. According to reports, he attacked Kapil Sharma’s restaurant because he was offended by the comedian’s earlier statement.
Harjeet Singh Laddi is wanted for the murder of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader, Vikas Prabhakar alias Vikas Bagga. In April 2024, the VHP leader was shot dead at his shop in Rupnagar district in Punjab.
The authorities are yet to provide further details about the terrorist attack.
