On 11.07.2025, security forces arrested 01 (one) active cadre of KCP (Taibangnganba) from Keibi Khullen village, Imphal East district. The arrested cadre is identified as one Chandam Rabichandra @ Ibomcha Singh (28) of Uyumpok Awang Leikai, Imphal East district. He was raising fund for the proscribed group by extorting money from general public, businessmen, oil pumps, doctors etc. From his possession, 01 (one) mobile phone along with SIM card was recovered.
