On 15.07.2025, security forces arrested an active cadre of RPF/PLA, one Thongam Inaoba Meitei @ Lalaba (23) of Laingoubi Maning leikai under Kumbi-PS, Bishnupur district from his residence.
The arrested cadre had undergone a 30 days duration basic military training in a camp located in Myanmar.
From his possession, 01 (one) Kechaoda keypad mobile phone having 01 (one) Airtel SIM card was seized.
