On 24.06.2025, security forces arrested 01 (one) active cadre of UNLF (Ningolmacha), namely, Md. Islam Khan @ Atappa (29) of Hayellabuk Mayai Leikai under Thoubal-PS, Thoubal District from Lilong Hangamthabi area under Lilong-PS, Thoubal District. He was involved in criminal activities such as extortion by serving monetary demand to individuals, shops, govt establishments within Thoubal District. From his possession, the following items were seized:
i. 01 (one) Mobile phone along with 01(one) Jio SIM card and
ii. 01 (one) AADHAAR card.
