Gill Manuke, a Punjabi singer, has gained attention for all the wrong reasons. Gill was arrested by the Mohali police for pointing a gun at a gym trainer. Reports state that Gill and the trainer got into a fight over an activity. He pulled out his gun and began threatening the trainer when he instructed him to leave the gym. The incident’s CCTV footage has gone viral on social media. Even his brother has been arrested along with Gill. Both brothers were immediately taken into custody, according to Mohali DSP Harsimrat Singh Bal. The accused singer was found in possession of A.32 bore pistol.
Case filed against Gill under Arms Act
The investigation is ongoing, even though Gill has informed the police that the gun is licensed. According to the DSP, from a legal perspective, brandishing a weapon is a serious offense. At the Sohana police station, the Mohali police have filed a case against him under the Arms Act.

This incident has gained attention because of Gill’s popularity as a Punjabi singer. The DSP asserted, however, that the law applies to everyone equally and that he will be subject to legal proceedings. Both Gill and his brother are currently being held and questioned.

After the recent incident, a netizen commented on the video, “Ho geya parcha? Kehnde gym trainer te pistol taan lyi si. Eh cheejan jwaakan de vass da kamm nai (sic).” Another Instagram user commented, “Tu shaklo e fuckra lagda (sic).”
One more netizen wrote, “Mohali da badmash na ban puttar, aoni bund na pada baithi. Pistol de bina tu kaada badmash, tenu 12 class da jwaak kut de. Mutth maar maar khaali hoya peya tu. Gym ch steroid laina aa (sic).”
Neither Gill nor his team have released any statement as of yet.
