Red Velvet’s Wendy was asked to cover “Golden” from the Kpop Demon Hunters. But she revealed on the upcoming episode of MBC’s Where is My Home, airing on September 4 that she practiced “Golden” the main OST from Kpop Demon Hunters at home but the pitch was so high that she almost passed out. She doesn’t want to cover a song that she won’t be able to deliver perfectly live, so ended up not making the cover.

Lee Seok Hoon’s Trainee Days

Lee Seok Hoon also shared his early struggles after Wendy and remembered how he auditioned directly in front of his agency’s CEO and lost over 35kgs in just two months before his debut. He said “I went from 100kg to 64kg. I lost about 15kg per month”.

What is Wendy doing now?

After a break due to an accident, the singer branched out on her own with her solo projects. Wendy has also left her own agency earlier this year and joined a new one as well. The idol is currently preparing for her third mini album.
