Popular television actor Shoaib Ibrahim manages to charm audiences with his acting skills. Shoaib and Dipika Kakar are one of the best couples in the television industry. Dipika has been battling with a stage 2 liver tumor since May 2025 and in June, she underwent a 14-hour-long surgery. Doctors removed the tennis-ball-sized tumor and now the Sasural Simar Ka actress is recovering. Both Dipika and her husband, Shoaib, have kept fans updated about her health.
Shoaib and Dipika paint the town red with their love for each other, setting major couple goals for many. In one of the vlogs, Shoaib was seen visiting a dargah seeking blessings for Dipika’s health. He revealed that when his wife Dipika was about to go for the surgery, he prayed to the Almighty for her better health. Shoaib said that he had to go when Dipika was discharged from the hospital, but due to certain circumstances, he was unable to do so. Within no time, fans praised his gesture and also tagged him as the best husband for his devotion and love towards Dipika.
Dipika started her oral targeted therapy on July 10, and her husband Shoaib has been by her side all the time. She revealed feeling tired and has developed mild mouth ulcers, which are a side effect of the same. She admitted that doctors have told her to be hydrated and she said that she will manage the side effects. She even said that she has been advised not to go under direct sunlight, to wear gloves, and to put on socks at all times.
Dipika told Shoaib that she has been feeling tired and exhausted. She told him that she cannot sit in one place and now she has been sleeping the entire day. Dipika’s mother also got emotional after she returned home from the hospital. She thanked all the fans for their prayers and told them to continue praying for her.
On the work front, Dipika was last seen on Celebrity Masterchef, but she quit the show midway due to health reasons and left fans upset.
