IndiGo is set to launch direct flights between Kolkata and Siem Reap, marking the first-ever direct connection between the two cities beginning on 13 November, 2025. Until now, there have been no direct routes between India and Cambodia. In Cambodia, you can wander through the ancient temple complex of Angkor Wat at sunrise, cruise along Tonle Sap Lake’s floating villages, lose yourself in the buzzing night markets of Siem Reap, and unwind on the quiet, palm-fringed beaches of Koh Rong. IndiGo’s upcoming direct route makes it more accessible than ever to explore the country’s mix of history, culture, and coast. Starting this November, travelling to Siem Reap from Kolkata gets significantly easier.

Kolkata – Siem Reap flight schedule:
Starting 13 November 2025, IndiGo flight 6E 1655 will operate three times a week, departing Kolkata at 1:50am and landing in Siem Reap at 6:20am the same morning. The return flight, 6E 1656, will depart Siem Reap at 7:20am and arrive in Kolkata at 8:55am the same day, with a total flight time of 4 hours. Flights are scheduled on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Bookings for November are now open with one-way fares starting at Rs18,500.
