Honey Singh and Badshah
It’s not surprising news for anyone to know about the long-standing rivalry between the two singers; both Badshah and Honey Singh have a long-standing rivalry that got heated again this time after a recent interaction Badshah had on X.
Honey Singh and Badshah
It all started when a user on X shared a comparison post featuring an old photo of Honey Singh and a current photo of Honey Singh with the caption, “What did he eat?” Badshah, not one to hold back his opinions, responded with “credits,” leaving the fans surprised at the interaction.
Badshah on X, Fans are left conflicted?
The comment was widely taken as a sarcastic dig at Honey Singh. One user reacted to Badshah with, “Bass kar de bhai. Ek baar tujhe support kardiye to iska matlab ye nahi har baar karenge. And again, Brown Rang Honey Singh ne hi likha hai,” to which Badshah obviously didn’t hold back and replied, “Chomu, tere support ke liye nahi kar raha main ye.”
What started this whole fiasco?
For those unaware, while Honey Singh claims that he wrote Brown Rang and Angrezi Beat himself, Badshah has stated multiple times that he wrote Brown Rang completely himself and penned down the rap for Angrezi Beat.
Who was Mafia Mundeer?
This interaction reignited the tensions between the two stars, who once started their careers together as part of the now disbanded rap collective “Mafia Mundeer,” which also included Raftaar, Ikka, and Lil Golu.

The group gained popularity back in 2010 with hits like Khol Botal, Begani Naar Buri, and Delhi Ke Deewane. However, the group disbanded soon due to constant ego clashes and conflicts that drifted the group apart, with Honey Singh and Badshah both pursuing solo careers.
